SWEET  HAMANTASCHEN 3 DIFFERENT WAYS

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

Make a sugar cookie base: flour, baking powder, salt, butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract

Roll the dough out to 1/4 inch thickness and refrigerate.

Cut 3 inch circles, and fill center with fruit paste, Nutella, or citrus curd

Fold the sides of the dough to make a triangle. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Bake the hamantaschen at 395F for 10-12 minutes
