Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mint simple syrup
- ⅔ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed, about 4 lemons
- 4 cups water
- ice
Instructions
- Cut each lemon in half and squeeze out as much juice as possible using a fork or a juicer.
- Fill your jug or pitcher with the cold water.
- Pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and mix well.
- Pour in the mint simple syrup and mix to combine. Add ice to top it off.

Mint simple syrup – A simple mix of mint, sugar, and water. I have steps on how to make mint simple syrup here. As a substitute, use muddled fresh mint leaves and granulated sugar. Simple syrup dissolves much better into the lemonade than granulated sugar.
