🌟 Why You’ll Love This Recipe

  • Classic lemonade, with a unique twist: Mint-infused lemonade is simple yet has a more complex and refreshing flavor than classic plain lemonade. I love this lemonade’s slightly green hue from the fresh mint syrup. For more fun lemonade options, try a rose lemonade or lavender lemonade. Want a spin on an Arnold Palmer? • Potent and bright mint flavor: The mint in the simple syrup doesn’t get heated, so it stays fresh and bright. I find this important because it keeps the mint flavor you actually want in this lemonade. I use a different method to keep my ginger lemonade spicy and sharp.
  • Enjoy as-is or add alcohol of choice: You can easily make this a spiked mint lemonade with vodka, gin, or even bourbon.
  • Ideal for parties, gatherings, or barbeques: Bring a large pitcher of this to ANY event and I guarantee it will disappear in minutes.

🧾 Ingredients in This Recipe

Three lemons next to a liquid measuring cup with water and a small jar of bright green simple syrup.
  • Mint simple syrup – A simple mix of mint, sugar, and water. I have steps on how to make mint simple syrup here. As a substitute, use muddled fresh mint leaves and granulated sugar. Simple syrup dissolves much better into the lemonade than granulated sugar.
  • Lemons – Get a bunch of good-sized fresh lemons. Some people like to use a lemonade powder mix, but it won’t be as fresh and tart as squeezed lemon juice, so this is my preference.
