Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Scallions white and green parts, 6-7, chopped
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves 2 oz. before stemmed
- 1/4 cup orange Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1.5 teaspoon ponzu
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- Food process or blend the mayonnaise, dijon, scallions, basil, orange juice, garlic, ponzu, salt, and pepper.
