DOLMEH FELFEL  (STUFFED PEPPERS)

Cook diced yellow onion until translucent with cumin, turmeric, and salt.

Add the rice and water. Cover and cook until absorbed.

Take off the heat and add ground meat, parsley, cilantro, diced onion, salt, and pepper.

Cut the tops off of bell peppers and remove the seeds.

Stuff the peppers to the top with the filling.

Bake the peppers for 1 hour. Serve with rice and enjoy!
