INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

your fresh herbs, then mince them into small pieces.

CLEAN & DRY

a small amount of oil and cook the herbs down until wilted.

HEAT

the onions then add your meat and spices, and brown on all sides.

COOK

hot water, the cooked herbs, washed kidney beans, dried limes (cracked open), and lemon juice. Bring to boil then reduce to a simmer.

ADD

and simmer for 90 minutes, then your stew is ready to serve.
