Homemade Pita Bread

WHAT YOU NEED

Yeast  All-purpose flour  Ice water Honey  Olive oil

the pita dough and knead in a stand mixer on medium speed

PREPARE

the dough balls, pulling the edges of the dough into the center

FORM

dough in the fridge for between 16-48 hours

REST

each dough ball into rounds on a floured workspace

PRESS

dough in the oven, turning over when the pocket puffs up
