EasY Matcha Bubble Tea

WHAT YOU NEED

turbinado sugar and ½ a cup of water in a saucepan water to make a simple syrup. Stir until sugar is fully dissolved

COMBINE

4 cups of water to boil over high heat. Add tapioca pearls and stir until they float to surface 

BRING

cooled boba and add to a bowl with sugar simple syrup. Leave to cool 

DRAIN

2 tbsp matcha powder with 4 cups room temp or cold water. Whisk to remove clumps adding more water if necessary

BLEND

tapioca pearls to your glass. Pour in milk of choice, and enjoy your matcha bubble tea
