if you prefer chips, use a piping back to pipe small dots on a lined baking sheet. Freeze

MATCHA CHIPS

MIX

brown sugar and granulated sugar and whisk to remove clumps. Add egg and egg yolks plus vanilla, then whisk to incorporate

ADD

solid chocolate slab into matcha chunks

CHOP

apart small chocolate chips

BREAK

matcha chunks or chips into your cookie dough. Refrigerate dough overnight if you can

FOLD

cookies for 8-10 minutes

BAKE

The cookie on the left was refrigerated overnight and made with chips. The cookie on the right was refrigerated for 30 minutes and made with chunks
