Toss the chicken thighs in olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on a sheet pan. Bake 18-20 minutes.
While your chicken is in the oven. Cook the pasta and drain.
Pour half the marinara over the chicken thighs. Top each with 1 slice of mozzarella and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
To a serving dish, add the cooked pasta. Top with the other half of the marinara sauce. Top with the chicken.
