Ingredients

ground turmeric

One crack of ground black pepper

ground ginger

pinch
ground cloves

light grating of nutmeg
a pinch
1
cup
milk
dairy or non-dairy
Sweetener to taste
I use 1/2-1 teaspoon of cardamom simple syrup
Instructions
Add the spices to a saucepan and bring to a light simmer, stirring constantly.
1/4 tsp ground turmeric,
1/4 tsp ground cardamom,
One crack of ground black pepper,
1 pinch ground ginger,
1 pinch ground cloves,
1 light grating of nutmeg,
1 cup milk,
Sweetener to taste
Then turn off the heat and allow the spices to steep in the milk for 5 minutes.
Froth the latte before serving.
